The Share Fund Project Manager

Phīla Engaged Giving seeks a 32 hours/month contract Project Manager for The Share Fund, a client-owned grantmaking program that has adopted a community-based, participatory grantmaking model. This role is a one-year contract position with the option to renew.

Position: The Share Fund Project Manager

Reports to: Lauren Janus, COO and Director

Status: Contract role: 10 hour/month September-December, 32 hours/month starting
January 1, 2026

Location: Remote, but must live within Washington state

Salary: $55/hour

Starting Date: Mid-September at 10 hours/month; 32 hours/month starting January 1,
2026.
