Drawing on two decades of management consulting and organizational development experience across the philanthropic, corporate, and public sectors, Sindhu partners with the Phīla Engaged Giving team as a strategic advisor, executive coach, and team facilitator.
Most recently, Sindhu was a Principal on the ESG and Social Impact team of Point B – a national management consulting firm, where she partnered with global companies and foundations on social impact initiatives. Prior to this Sindhu led a team of philanthropy consultants as Managing Partner at The Giving Practice (TGP) – a boutique consulting firm serving dozens of private, family and community foundations. At TGP, Sindhu spearheaded the design and delivery of the Momentum Fellowship and a series of leadership cohorts for over 60 trustees and CEOs advancing racial equity. Sindhu has held leadership roles in strategy and operations at Deloitte Consulting, as well as the Center for Effective Philanthropy.
Sindhu is a certified leadership coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, a human-centered design facilitator, and she holds an MPA from Columbia University and a BA with honors from UC Berkeley. She is also a member of the Washington Women’s Foundation and a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow Seattle, and has held nonprofit board roles.
