Please note that most of the information you can make a request for is already contained in this Policy.

Phila seeks to adopt appropriate physical, technological, and organizational security measures that are consistent with industry practice in order to assist with protection against the loss, misuse, and alteration of Personal Information that is under our control. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website, and we are not liable for any unlawful acts of others who obtain your Personal Information.
Data Retention
Phila retains data for the duration of users’ business relationship with Phīla and for a period of time thereafter to allow potential clients to re-engage with Phīla and Phīla to have background and history of the contracting party to assist them, to analyze the data for Phila’s own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Phila’s client history. Therefore, please note that we retain Personal Information we collect for as long as it is necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may rectify, replenish, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.
